Right now the fish will be holding by the springs under the surface and over by the Hamilton Branch.
I do not know if Milt Jenson is still guiding, but he is one of the best.

Also, the Chips fire is making thing very smokey at Lake Almanor. The fire is at the east side of Butt Vally Res. as of yesterday. The local paper advise residences on the west shore to be "worried" and to remove any valuable documents, family heirlooms, etc as a precaution.
