Cassel campground is close to most of our fishing streams, plus Baum Lake. There are no showers there. There is water, toilet, no RV hookups. Nice setting with Oak and Pine trees. Turn right off of 299E onto Cassel Rd. -about 4 miles to campground entrance accross from Post Office.
Hereferd RV Park is very nice. Lots of lawn, about 15 miles from Burney (south) Showers, etc.
McArthur Burney Falls State Park is also very nice with showers, etc. Not sure about RV hookups?
The State Park is mostly shady with large pines. Burney Creek runs through it. Located about 15 miles from Burney.(North) Turn left off of 299E onto hiway 89. Go about 8 miles.
I do not know the fire restrictions at any of the campgrounds.
Weather here is in the 30's and below some nights. Afternoon hi's have mostly been in 50's to mid 60's. Fall is here and trees turning colors.
