I was going to the fly tying event at Turtle Bay but circumstances have prevented that. I will be tying in Albany, OR, in March and later in the month in Lewiston, ID. Doug P and I are really looking forward to April 25th when local lakes open. About a month later the streams will open. Until then we will have to settle for chasing big bull trout in Lake Billy Chinook, which is open in parts. Snow predicted for tonight and hopefully for the next two days. Life is good. Anybody wanting to visit is well to come on up. Post on Facebook NCFFB if so...I check that more often.
