The Northern California Fly Fishing Board

A couple of months ago my buddy told me to enter some pictures into the Trout Unlimited "Making Memories" Photo Contest. I did. Forgot about it. Today they called me and said I won 2nd place, which gets me a TU membership and a fishing book.

The photo of the kid with the really big fish and SH*$ eatin grin (no teeth) won grand prize (Winston Rod and Ross reel)

Looks better than a no teeth kid with a nice rod and reel to me.

That would make a nice framed wall hanging or wallpaper on a computer.

Great photo, you should frame it for your wall. My wife took some of the photos I have taken over the years from various backpacking trips, had them printed on good photo paper, and framed them for our living room wall.

My wife takes them down. She likes stuff from guys like Ansel Adams, Galen Rowell, David Muench, Howard Weimer, and Elizabeth Carmel. So I am an also ran in our household. I get to put them up in our cabin though, so I got that going for me. But those are being rapidly replaced with lithos from Albert Bierstadt, Howard Terpning, George Catlin.
