Our days on the Copper and Kispiox were sans guide. Just two clueless dudes cruising the back roads looking for good water to fish. However, I will say the Andrew Rushton of Kalum River Lodge did recommended the area (km marker) where we caught the big steelie. Actually, during the three days on the Copper, we tried many locations that looked good to us, but only on the last day did we fish the spot Andrew recommended. I guess we should have gone by his advice earlier...we drove by the spot enough times.
