Fixed - Default view of "FLAT" versus "THREAD 17 Years, 4 Months ago

The registration of a new user was giving the default view of "FLAT" for the message board. This is a very typical view format for most message boards today - however the old board has used a "THREADED" format for years. To make a long story short - I've updated the registration process so a user must select either "THREADED" or "FLAT" view upon registration. This way they know ahead of time what to expect. This will fix the default "FLAT" view that new people were seeing.
A lot of people have strong opinions on the message format and I consider this to be the last major issue to get fixed before going live.
The only other major issue that bothers me (and it will have to wait) is the tagging of posts that have already been read. We'll get that fixed at a later date.

ps - other minor issues like updating the emoticons, adding more bash pics, etc. will be happening soon!
