No launches in the immediate area of Geyserville that I am aware of. Perhaps a little further downriver? There must be some up river because folks are continually coming down in canoes during the summer. Perhaps by Asti???

Realisticaly, the furthest upstream you can easily put-in at with a drift boat is Memorial Beach in Healdsburg. However, if your creative, and willing to work at it a bit, you could put in at points further up river; however, they are not trailerr launchable spots.

Re:russian river floats 17 Years, 3 Months ago
My Scout Troop used to do a two day float down the Russian in canoes. It has been a few years, but it seems like there IS a place you can launch up by Asti - as I recall, it's a gravel beach just downstream of a bridge that crosses from River right to river left - of course I may be completely wrong with what is left of my memory. It does seem like we could drive down onto the bar.

First take-out was at a campground run by the canoe outfitter, the second da ywas at healdsburg - lot of paddling that second day.

I was lucky enough to have another adult who liked to paddle and watch me fish. I know I caught rainbows, smallmouth and "hardmouth pike" whatever those are.

That was while I was still a heathen....

Is the Memorial Beach launch kind of under the Healdsburg bridge? I might be thinking of something else but I recall a service yard or something under that bridge.
Where are there drift boat trailer take outs below Healdsburg?

not sure but i think memorial beach is upstream of the fish ladder. if you put in at headlsberg and float down the take out is going to be around wholer bridge otherwise you'll run into the diversion about 1/2 mile down
