(That's fishing and SH tag) Nonresident. So I guess if you pay enough, you're welcome to bring your rod to California!

Speaking of which, I also purchased one of those yellow tags for the back of my license. Says I can now whizz beside any non-interstate. The interstate permit cost a little more than I wanted to spend!
