Hey Board, I'm going to be staying in Burney for a week in mid October with plans to fish the Hat, Pit McCloud, etc...what flies are must have's for that time of year up there???

For Hat- Trico spinners, rusty spinners, Mahogany Duns and Cripples, tiny mayfly duns in tan and olive. A few Oct. Caddis and sometimes little yellow stones.
Have some Isonyichia nymphs for the Pit.

My number one go to bug on the Pit is very similar to a Black AP in sizes 14 & 16. Use black "v" rib instead of wire on the body.
