The Northern California Fly Fishing Board

I tried several times to post a short announcement on your board and got a 404 error when I tried to access. The link on your site was active adn titled "Fly Fishing and Fly Tying". It is now in the attached Word doc. I was not able to attache the Word doc to this email for you. Please let me know what I did wrong, so I can get better.


“Fly Tying and Fishing” – February 1, 2011 Meeting CFFU
CFFU (California Fly Fishers Unlimited) is honored to have Jay Fair, a renowned fly designer and fly-tier, speak at our February meeting. Jay is known as one of the West’s best Stillwater fly fishers and will tell us his techniques for catching trout in lakes. He has developed many fly patterns over the years, including the “J. Fair Wiggle Tail” fly.

The business meeting starts at 7 pm on Tuesday February 1, 2010 at Camp Pollock (Boy Scout Camp), 1501 Northgate Blvd., Sacramento. A fly tying demonstration is also scheduled to start at 6:15.
Guests, who are interested in fly fishing, are welcome to come to the meeting.

There is a bug in the board software that doesn't allow a user to cut and paste a lot of information into the message. It is believe at this point that there is some invisible artifact that copies into the message field that causes the error to occur.

If you manually type in the information you will not see this error.
