if i click on the fly swap link and then click on the pictures (at the bottom of the page) the thumbnial drop down but i don't see the pictures. it says below to click an image to view but I am not able to. if i right click i don't see the usual options as if it were a graphic file

any ideas?

I have the same problem, as does Flycanoe.
I think that the fly swap gallery, as well as the picture gallery in our profile pages is run by some sort of "add-in" program, that does not launch in our browsers for some reason.

Have you checked the pictures in your profile gallery to see if you can view them full-sized? (try clicking on the thumnails). When I do this, I get a white spot in the middle of my screen and a message in the lower left-hand corner that states "error on page".

I think the two issues are related.

Hey Buzz - try changing your view for your profile pictures. Go and edit your profile and then select the "CB Profile Gallery" tab. Notice the "Display Format" setting. Select "Pictures gallery list format" (not the lightbox option) - this should fix the issue with viewing your profile pictures.

The issue that older browsers have with the fly swap pictures is another issue - there isn't a workaround for that unless we go to plain old pic links.

what's considered an old browser? i've got IE6.

i tried it out on another computer with a version 1 firefox browser and it worked fine. is it an IE6 problem?

Yeah, it's an IE6 issue. If you upgrade to IE 7.x then it should work fine. Trying to keep everything compatible with all of the different browsers is tricky.
