Fixed minor bug while sending PMs 17 Years, 6 Months ago

There was a minor bug (due to SEF URL settings) when you clicked "Send a Private Message" while viewing a persons profile. If the persons name had a "space" in it, it was putting in a "+" causing the name to get messed up - should be working fine now.
