The Northern California Fly Fishing Board

On May 8, my bride and I will arive in Reno from Fort Lauderdale for a two week visit. 1 week at Lake tahoe (Ridge Tahoe) and 1 week at the Peppermill. Needless to say, my rods & stuff will be shipped out in advance and I expect to hit Frenchman's, Pyramid, E.Carson (if water not too high) , Milton, Rosacchi etc. etc. Usually try to meet up with Mike Reid &/ or Todd Wilcks but schedules don't always coincide......
Always looking for suggestions and possibilities..... Present plan is to fish on Saturday the 10th (based in Tahoe) then let serendipity take over........

It's me, Tim. I took you out on the Yuba a few years ago at some bash there. That offer I made last year is still good. Come down and fish the Merced with me. It'll make the Yuba look sick. You won't be sorry. We've been whoopin' on 'em pretty good the last few weeks. It's only gonna get better. Here's a pic of a happy client who is a fishing guide himself with a 24"er! 20 to 40 fish a day is common now. He knows how to fish it hard. It pays to know what yer doin! The hopper action will start soon with the warmer weather. That's always makes for great fishing.

Yeah, I remember and will try to call when I get there... The only problem is that you're over three hours driving from where I'll be based and, since I have my wife with me and also a business associate, I won't have the luxury of time to overnite like you suggested. I haven't forgotten and, will try to work something out but, this time may be difficult....
