Greg,

recently noted that when I log on and look at the top page of the Campfire (e.g.) and then don't read all thenposts (cherry picking) for lack of time or enthusiasm, the next time I log in and go to the campfire, they are all "already read" colored.

Is this as designed??

Are you talking about the threads or the little fish icon? The threads will stay dark (not red) after you have read the posts. It's cookie based - so if you go and view the board on a different computer, then it will be different for that machine.

You confused me there. I didn't think the Subject Line changed color... I was talking about the fish,


Frinstance, last night I did not read carpy's Dismal Swamp post, cuz I was rushing. Whe I checked in this AM, the fish was dull colored. I.ve left a couple unopened this afternoon, too, just to test.

Ed,

What I have found is that if you read ANY of the posts in the thread, the main thread fish Icon loses it's color. Did you read one of the sub-posts to the original message?
