is recent posts the main section , im totaly lost

i dont know where to start , and where all the sections are

i can reply to to an existing post in recent post section , but i dont know where they originate from

Look for the "bread crumb" listing towards the top 17 Years, 7 Months ago  
...that might help.

It says something like:
