Most will think I am nuts, but I just can't kill a fish, even if a planter. I can cook and eat them (planters) if someone else kills em. A few weeks ago a friend stopped by with an ugly planter he caught at Baum Lake and thought I might like to cook it. I looked at it, and it was gasping for air. I promptly put it in my sink, filled with water and tried to revive it. That worked a bit, so I filled the bathtub with water, and continued working with this really ugly fish.In about an hour, the fish was swimming around in the tub. Next, we filled a bucket with water, jumped in the Bronco, and off to Baum Lake. Carried bucket down to bank, released fish, and watched him swim away.
