ncffb.org does not guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the advertising placed on the site, and accepts no responsibility for claims of any kind resulting from the placement of such advertising. The NCFFB assumes that all advertising is legal and is not misleading or untruthful. The NCFFB is not responsible for any faulty goods or services advertised on this site, nor is it responsible for person-to-person communication. As with any transaction, BUYER and SELLER BEWARE.
Please proof read your ads very carefully. ncffb.org cannot delete ads simply because they might contain a mistake, nor can ncffb.org remove an ad because the item has sold. Ads remain on the site for forty days after posting unless removed by the seller or the administrator.
Should you need to edit an ad before posting, use the text link provided.
ncffb.org reserves the right to reject or remove any advertising we deem unsuitable.

1. ncffb.org's classifieds are intended for individuals buying, selling and trading goods and services, not personal correspondence. Please do not post ads for the following:
• Adult-oriented material
• Advice or admonishments
• Affidavits
• Alerts
• Announcements
• Calls for action
• Comments about other ads or posters
• Discussions
• Donation requests/solicitations
• Competing Web sites
• Employment
• Endorsements
• File sharing / piracy
• Host families for exchange students
• Job postings
• Medical paraphernalia (syringes, insulin pumps, catheters, etc.)
• Medications of any kind (including supplements)
• Monetary requests
• Notes that an item has sold
• Other sites with free classifieds
• Personal ads
• Personal correspondence
• Personal opinions or expressions
• Prescription medication
• Replies to others ads or posters
• Rescue facilities
• Thank-you notes
• Tobacco
• Stories of personal experiences
• Warnings
• Weapons or weapon-related items
• Web addresses or Web sites
2. Do not use obscene or offensive language. You may not post any ad that could be considered obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing or in violation of the law.
3. Do not post ads in categories that are not relevant to the item or service you are advertising.
4. Do not harvest or otherwise collect names, e-mail addresses or other identifying information from other participants.
ncffb.org CANNOT REVIEW EVERY AD, VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF STATEMENTS MADE BY PARTICIPANTS OR DETERMINE WHETHER THE MATERIALS POSTED BY PARTICIPANTS VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR POSTINGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STATEMENTS OR MATERIALS POSTED ON THIS SITE.
We will, however, periodically monitor the site. Any ads that, in our sole judgment, appear to violate the Free Classifieds Rules may be deleted without notice. We reserve the right to remove any posting and limit or terminate access to anyone for any reason at any time.
