Ah, there you are Ed. Knew you'd show up eventually. Okay, I'll try Jameson's. When it comes to alcohol, your reputation preceeds you, and just as I'd listen to Dec Hogan when it comes to steelheading (or Fishhawk, for that matter), I would never discount something you said about liquor.
As to your statement, "If jolt per unit weight is your primary criterion, you might consider one of the 153 proof rums, or since you'll be in Colorado, buy a fifth of Everclear, and haul that up the hill", had that been my only desire I'd never have bothered with the post. I'm ignorant of these matters and am looking for both kick AND quality. You've all been very helpful in assisting with my next career as a drunken fly fishing bum.
