I see you didn't get any response to your query, whch is either a sign that no-one's fished it, or that someone has, and it was far too good to publicize. I'd say either is good.

I've also been interested in that stream for several years, but could never seem to spare the time from trying to figure out Manzanita's callibaetis hatch. I did peer over the bridge on Hwy 44 once, and see a nice brown in the pool below the bridge (13-14 inches). Did you fish it?
