If you go to the low flow you'll need plenty of flies as the jacks are eating nymphs and egg patterns and the adults just take them from you.
Flows are dropping below the outlet to 4500 cfs by monday at 2pm. Tons of bright salmon moving up.
Hooked an eleven pound steelhead on a K15 Kwikfish while salmon fishing near Vance ave. So they are there too. CB
