Finally got the boat out on the water. Weather was amazing and we had a great day. Was able to take my wife and my 11 year old daughter out for about a 5 hour float trip.
My daughter landed her first few Yuba fish ever and just had a blast the whole day. My wife always boats a good number of fish, and today was no different.
Fishing was decent, but not red hot for us. But we were not super serious in our approach that day.
There is some salmon around, and there are more redds than I noticed a week ago. But still not as many redds as I had hoped to see.
All in all, could not have been a better day on the river!
