That was my first thought, to lift the pram onto the tailgate, then shove it up on the load bars on top of the camper shell, but even at 75 lbs. that's kind of awkward. So I went ahead and ordered the boat loader, which is a pole bolted into the hole for the trailer hitch. It's got a rotating, swiveling clamp on the top. I won't get much of an angle on it because the pram's 8 feet long and the load bars are just 6 feet off the ground. Not that I mind, but the alternative seems to be to always bring along a buddy when I use the pram.
