The Northern California Fly Fishing Board

Was all dinks Andrew - but the stream is in superb condition in the stretch twixt Ladies Canyon and Sierra City. Lots of little yellow stones as the sun went behind the trees and ridge line. Nymphers would have done better than I - I stayed on top with a yellow humpy and a little yellow sally. Lots of fish, but barely big enough to hook up on the fly. At least I got in lots of practice fishing whilst filming with my head mounted GoPro ... chuckle.
