"Visitors may continue to enjoy traveling on forrest service roads and trails, cut firewood with a permit, hunt, camp, among other activities. all campgrounds without gates are open although services are curtailed." While this statement is not difinitive, it sounds like fishing and access are still open. I've never been to the campgrounds there and I don't know if they are gated. Sounds (like Charlie said0 that the water might be cut off. There are private campgrounds that will still be open. I will try to get more info from local guides in the morning. Mike
