i forgot how to post here.....hit the Merced at Mcd Falls yesterday. Last on rvr Aug 10 2013. been bad drought conditions...w/very low water levels...like 250 cfs in the middle of summer....for three years...otters moved in and set up house and ate many trout. short story- boated 10 trout about 16" on little black fly. knot tying very difficult. out of practice. mostly golf. friend dropped camera n rver...of course...she may have pics later...maybe not.
