When I click on the link it says Im not authorized to view the web site.... Whats up with that?

ok - I just created a new test user account to see what you see - noticed the problem...thanks for mentioning it - I'll fix it! In the meantime, you should be able to view it from the Front Page under the Latest News...that seems to call up the page just fine.

ya its a trend alright ever since that fish kill in the Klamath a fews years back
it just hasn't been the same since so we'll see if all these restoration projects help.
